Local Build assumes a NarraNexus instance running at localhost:5173 — start it first with bash run.sh.
Desktop App requires the NarraNexus DMG installed to /Applications/ (and opened at least once so macOS registers the narranexus:// handler).
Travel Planner builds the kind of trip a friend who lives there would plan: balanced between bucket-list highlights and hidden gems, obsessively organized on logistics, every line item priced in USD. Give it a destination, number of travelers, dates, and a budget — it produces a day-by-day itinerary with morning/afternoon/evening blocks, transit time between stops (it won't stack a 9 AM in Shibuya with a 10 AM in Asakusa), opening hours, advance-booking notes, and a full budget breakdown across hotels, food, activities, and transit. 2-3 options per category at different price tiers (budget / mid-range / luxury) so you decide rather than feel locked in. Visa requirements, vaccination needs, safety advisories, seasonal closures, and local holidays all surfaced upfront. Packing lists and pre-trip checklists tailored to the destination. The agent doesn't book — it plans. You handle the actual reservations using the names and links it provides.
